We know that the eviction process can be lengthy as well as confusing. We are here to assist you in this process, and take the stress and guess work out of it! Below is a listing of our Services and Pricing. You may not need assistance with all areas of the eviction, therefore everything is listed separately. | Constable Instructions & Fee | The Las Vegas Constable is the ONLY agency that can perform a legal lockout | $95 |
| Court Appearance | If your tenant contests the eviction, you will be given a date to appear in Justice Court. If you can not, or do not wish to, appear, we can act as your Agent for Court. | $250 |
| Agent for Lockout | If you can not be present to meet the Constable at the time of the Lockout, we can act as your Agent. We will meet the Constable, Photograph any damage, and secure the Property. We will then either deliver or ship the keys to you. | $150 |
| Locksmith | The locks MUST be changed in the presence of the Constable. If you do not have a locksmith, we can arrange for one to meet the Constable at the time of Lockout. | $150 |
| Packing/Storage | Nevada Revised Statute states that Landlords must secure any tenant personal property for 30 days. We do provide this service as well, and would be happy to discuss with you. | Case by Case |
